Along with the ‘naughty’ pancakes, we’ve added some tasty vegan dishes to the menu too. We are constantly adapting our restaurant to create a better dining experience.

RSRD20 October 2024You won't be disappointed. Came here on a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Excellent food and coffee, very filling, enthusiastic and welcoming front of house. We will definitely be back for the Slovenian specials or a Sunday lunch which looked great.

Juliette H29 September 2024Fantastic!! We’ve been going to the old barn for several years now and we’ve always been greeted with a friendly smile and served the most delicious food! This is our go to spot in the Island for breakfast, brunch and lunch. I developed a sweet tooth so pancakes and French toast is always a must for breakfast. We’re yet to experience their Slovenian evening, we are sure it’s going to be just as fantastic as all the other food we’ve eaten there.

Sarah C26 September 2024A challenge to find but well worth it! We used the post code at first, it took us to the middle of nowhere. Then we searched the name and we found it, although it is tucked away. My Hubby had the Barn breakfast which he said was really good, it was a big plate of food! I had the banana pancakes which were lovely also quite a big portion. The place was busy, quite a few locals which is usually a good sign. We will definately return.
steven p25 September 2024Psst…don’t tell anyone; they’ll all want to go! Don’t tell anyone, but The Old Barn is a gem of a place and everyone will want to go if they hear about it. Today’s brunch of Chorizo with a Twist and Cheeky Croissant was delicious. We’re going back for Slovenian stew as soon as possible. The service was delightful, the coffee hot and strong, the menu six funky and the atmosphere so welcoming. But like I say, don’t tell anyone.
